Windows vaihtoehto katosi Grubista

Asensin Ubuntun ja toimii mainiosti. Ikävä kyllä Windows -vaihtoehto katosi käynnistyksen yhteydessä. Mitä pitäisi tehdä jotta saisin sen takaisin?

Et nyt kertonut onko sinulla useampia kovalevyjä kuin yksi ja mille Ubuntu on asennettu.
Sen saa selville näinkin: kirjoita päätteeseen Ubuntussa sudo fdisk -l ja copypasteta tänne mitä siitä tulee.
Kerro myös, mitä tiedosto /boot/grub/menu.lst sisältää (cat /boot/grub/menu.lst)
Näillä tiedoilla voin auttaa enemmän.

Näillä tiedoilla voin auttaa enemmän.

Minulla on kaksi kiintolevyä jossa hdb on Ubuntulle varattu. Wintoosa pyörii sitten hda:lla vastaavasti.

Kun sain tietää mikä tiedosto sitä Grubia pyörittää (menu.lst), niin oli verrattain helppo paikallistaa mistä se teki valinnat käynnistyksen yhteydessä.

Eli lisäsin menu.lst perään vain nuo ratkaisurivit ja sillä homma lähti käyntiin.
