Kaapelissa niitä näkee mm. Voice, tv7, tv5 monde europe ainaki kohtuu selvästi. Koskee varmaan yli kymmentä kanavaa enemmän ja vähemmän. Ehkä sanoin turhan äänekkäästi melkein kaikilla kanavilla...

Jeps, Voicella näkyy tosiaan olevan myös. JIMillä, Nelosella ja MTV3:lla on musta viiva samassa kohdassa. Ylellä taas on parin pikselirivin musta palkki kuvan yläreunassa kaikilla kanavilla.

Ei sitä tarvitse kääntää, se tulee ytimen matkassa. Uudessa Ubuntu 9.10 pitää asentaa linux-firmware-nonfree ja tökätä kiinni.

Edit - ilmeisesti tarvitaan toi full kernel source, jotta kiäntyy.

Edit - sain ajettua siten, ettei herjaa full kernelistä, mutta ei käänny kuiteskaan. dma.h - ainakin on hukassa.

Missään tiedostossa ei ollut stringiä "make config". l. ulapalla ollaan edelleen. 

Edit - Sain toimimaan. Aluksi yritin Karmicissa, jossa tuli edellä mainittuja ongelmia. Sitten kokeilin Jauntyssa, jossa toimi heittämällä.

Mukavan nopea on tämä rauta. Vaihtaa mielestäni nopeammin kanavia kuin vanha AnySeeni.
100 nen kahdesta virittimestä ei ole paljoa, jos vain suostuvat toimimaan keskenään. Huomenissa kokeilen sitä. Nyt vain pitää vdr-virittää tännekin nm:n ohjeilla.

Tästä on ollu nyt paljon kyselyä ympäri nettiä kun tuli 9.10 ulos ja tuo uusi FireDTV -ajuri ei käänny jonkun puuttuvan headerin takia. Koitahan googlailla netistä.

Näyttää oikealta.

Kuitenkin suuresti suosittelen AnySee:n ostamista. Sen lisäksi, että Reddon joutuu asentamaan uudestaan joka kernelipäivityksen jälkeen. Näyttää myös joutuvan usein käynnistyksen jälkeen repiä johto irti ja laittaa takaisin, jotta boxi toimii. Tätä AnySee:ssä ei tarvitse (ei ehkä saakaan) tehdä.

Tosta epäsäännöllisestä ja pienestä ongelmasta mun oli pitänyt jossain vaiheessa kommentoida Antille. No se tuli nyt kommentoitua.

Tosin jos raha on tiukilla, ja pienestä epäkäytännöllisyydestä ei ole haittaa, niin sitten Reddo, voi käydä.

Lisäksi Antti kertoi, ettei Reddo Boxin nopeus riitä aivan täyden DVB-C:n toteuttamiseen. Siitä tarkemmin löytyneen tästä ketjusta lisää.
