bandwidthd pois kuinka ?

Eli kyseessä on Ubuntu Edgy ja kokeilin poistaa kyseisen ohjelman joka ei suostu poistumaan sitten kirveelläkään ja versio on bandwidthd  2.0.1+cvs20050208-9 (edgy)

~$ sudo apt-get remove bandwidthd <--ei vaikutusta

noh synaptic kautta yritän poistaa mark for complete removal..ei onnistu
eikä päivittäminen kanssa eikä unmark.
Sanoo: E:dpkg was interrupted,you must manually run dpkg --configure -a to correct the problem.

Myöskään Force version ei onnistu.

Alaspäin päivitystä en osaa joten olisi mukavaa jos joku viitsisi vähäsen neuvoa
Update manager yrittää nyt päivittää sitä muka että 1 päivitys olisi mutta ei onnistu,miten saisin bandwidthdin kokonaan sen pois? AApuva

Synapticin listassa vielä bandwidthd ja se on keltaisella install/update ja sitä ei saa pois päältä,ei muitakaan päivtyksiä / lisäyksiä ei  voi tehdä.
