Windows ei yhdistä ubuntu serveriin

Eli mikään tietokone ei yhdistä ubuntu-koneeseen, jossa pyörii samba. Tiedostopalvelin tuosta pitäisi tulla.

Tuleeko mitään virheilmoituksia, kun yrittää yhdistää jakoihin?
Pelkästään tuon smb.conf -tiedoston perusteella on aika vaikea selvittää, missä vika piilee.
Voilla esim. käyttöoikeudet tai palomuuri, jos ei edes tuohon pdf -jakoon yhdistä, vaikea sanoa.

Muistaakseni "Enable Netbios over tcp/ip" pitää olla päällä Windowsissa. Se ei välttämättä toteudu, jos  valintaa ei erikseen tee Windowsin verkkoyhteydelle - eikä ole oletuksena päällä. Katso normaalista Windowsin verkon konfiguraatiopaikasta.

Tuossa ei myöskään näy jakoja ... tai jos nuo missä on käytetty tavuviivaa, ovat näitä tekemiäsi jakoja, niin tavuviivan käyttö lienee vaikeuksien kerjäämistä ... voi olla tuettukin, mutta kun ei kerran toimi ...

Kun mainitsitkin, tämäntyppisissä asioissa "pingin toimiminen" molempiin suuntiin on vaatimus.
