Yrität käyttää S/PDIF-läpivientiä, mutta SMPlayerissä on asetettu ekvalisaattori ja ohjelmistopohjainen äänenvoimakkuussäätö päälle. Poista ne tai ota läpivienti pois käytöstä (silloin tosin ääni puretaan ja sitä ei saa S/PDIF:n kautta ulos muuten kuin tavallisena stereona tai pakkaamalla uudelleen AC-3:ksi).
