Ubuntu Server Edition ja Eggdrop1.6.19 ongelma

Eggdropin asennus sujui siihen asti hyvin että ohjelma käsi käyttää komentoa

makesillä kääntäessä tuli eteen seuraavanlainen kumma ongelma:

Tuttu epäili että ei ole kirjoitus oikeutta noihin tiedostoihin tai että sieltä puuttuu tiedostoja.

sudo makeja sama homma.

sitten samassa eteen tuli ongelma että

Password:Ei hyväksy normaalia salasanaani vaikka olen admin?
Sudo:n kysyessä salasanaa se kyllä onnistuu mutta tuo pelkkä "su" heittää että Authentication failure? ja kyse ei ole typottamisesta.

En ole tuota asennellut kuin joskus viitisen vuotta sitten, mutta eikös tuo löydy repoista suoraan? Ei kai se silloin tarvitse makea kääntyäkseen?
