Acer 3020 ja bcm43xxx (wlan)

Moro,

asentelin tässä kaverin koneeseen (olen asentanut joskus samanlaiseen koneeseen ennenkin) gutsyä. Tässä mallissa (acer ) oli joku gigamega 54mg Broadcom bcm43xxx wlani kortti.

Ongelma on kortin asentaminen. Muistan hämärästi, että kyseiselle kortille piti kirjata /etc/modules tai /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist tai muuhun sellaseen rivi, joka antoi kortille virrat. Eli siis overraidasi jotenkin acpit yms. ja antoi kortille virtaa. Eli olen joskus tällaisen tehnyt ja saanut systeemin näin toimimaan. 

ffwcutterit yms mitä nii oli apsta.o:t yms oli tietenkin jo tehty ja nähty. 

Eli hakusessa oli se käsky joka antaa Acerin 3020 mallissa wlan kortille virrat!!

Eli en löytänyt nyt aivan sitä mitä hain, mutta sinne päin ja helpommin.. Eli ongelma oli se, että kortti asentuu ilman ongelmia, mutta ei skulaa... mutta lukekaa tästä..:

To run the wifi/bluetooth on a Acer Aspire 302x or 502x series... and many other laptops.

It may be difficult to run the wifi on asome Acer aspire laptops (and other laptops ...) because the wifi is a software activated chipset. In order to activate it, you need kernel module like acer_acpi. Main goal of this project : to ease the wifi configuration and installation for everyone on a Gnu/Linux (Ubuntu) system, by creating and maintaining a package.

Eli lisäämällä nuo repot ja ajamalla

sudo apt-get install acer-acpi acerwificontroller
ja boottia niin valot syttyy.. tähän tosiaan oli joskus joku muu kikka kuin tämä, millä homma lähti skulamaan, mutta käy se näinkin.
