Nettiyhteysn hävisi äkillisesti (RATKAISTU)

Nettiyhteys katosi yllättäen. Kaapelit tsekattu. Myös wifi ei toimi.
Sama reititin/modeemi toimii kuitenkin toisella koneella.
Seuraavia  komentotuloksia sain esille. Löytyykö niistä mitään syytä?

Tarkistin myös Thunderbirdin ja se näyttä toimivan normaalisti.

Mahtaakohan koneessa olla kytkintä, nappia tai näppäinyhdistelmää langattoman verkon sammutukseen? Sellaisen painaminen olisi voinut laittaa verkkoyhteyden pois päältä.

On siellä f-näppäimissä muutamissa lukonkuva mutta ei niillä ole vaikutusta ainakaan nettiyhteyteen.

Iso revohka melkein turhasta!
Uudelleenasennetussa Ubuntussa oli Firefox valmiina joten en sitä tarkemmin tutkinut.
Pakettivarastossa Firefox oli ruksattu asennetuksi mutta latausnappi oli vihreä jossa luki "install".
Sitä kun painoi niin muutaman sekunnin suraus tapahtui. Viereen ilmaantui nappi jossa luki "permissions" ja sen takana pitkä valikko jossa yhtenä oli nappi joka salli yhteyden verkkoon.  Se oli tietysti harmaana eli kielsi verkkoyhteyden. En muista sellaista aikaisemmin nähneeni aiemmissa versioissa.
Ainakin sen siitä oppi että kannattaa tarkistaa mitättömiltäkin näyttävät jutut.

En kuitenkaan merkkaa tätä vielä ratkaistuksi ennen kuin olen muutaman päivän kokeillut että homma  toimii varmasti.
