Pientä pulmaa videoiden toistossa [screen tearingiä]

Tuossa kun on muutamia avi pätkiä ja mp4:sia yrittänyt toistaa on ilmennyt aika pahaa screen tearingiä (mikä mahtaa olla suomalainen vastine tuolle ongelmalle)
Eli siis kuva päivittyy välillä oudosti, joka näkyy erityisesti videon leikkaus kohdissa eli vanhasta kohtauksesta näkyy puolen ruutua ja uudesta kohtauksesta puolen ruutua. Tämä tapahtuu todella nopeasti ja se ei mitenkään haittaa itse toistoa mutta se hieman häiritsee.

Tämä sama tapahtuu siis Mplayerillä, VLC:llä ja Xinellä, myös järjestelmän oma videotoisto kärsii tästä ongelmasta.

Mikähän mahtaa aiheuttaa, kyllä tuolla näyttiksellä pitäisi pystyä aika hyvä laatuista kuvaa katsomaan, paitsi tietty HD-laatuun ei riitä mehut.

sain työpöytä tehosteet poistamalla parannettua tuota nyt se ei ole niinkään huomattavaa enää.

Do you have nvidia-settings installed? You can turn vsync on with that. I installed my driver with Envy, and it installed nvidia-settings for me.

Ei kyllä mitään käsitystä auttaako tuo, kun ongelmasta ei ole henk.kohtaisia kokemuksia, kuten ei myöskään Nvidian korteista linuxissa.

Ei kyllä mitään käsitystä auttaako tuo, kun ongelmasta ei ole henk.kohtaisia kokemuksia, kuten ei myöskään Nvidian korteista linuxissa.

No laitoin nuo varmuuden vuoksi päälle, ja eipä tunnu mitään huomattavaa tearingiä enää olevan tiedä sitten mikä koneessa oli. Hd tasoisen kuvan toistossa tietysti on vielä tearingiä mutta se voi johtua koneen mehujen puutteesta.
