Langaton netti + usb-dongle = not working... (Netwjork W541U)

Mulla on ollu nyt kovinkin kova haku päällä tän asian suhteen mutten valitettavasti ole löytänyt vastausta mistään. Vinkkejä/tippejä on löytynyt, muttei mitään oleellista mitä asialle tehdä. Koneesta siis löytyy Ubuntu 9.04 ja siihen on läiskitty Netwjorkin W541U kiinni. Langaton netti pörrää D-linkin avulla ja on täysin toimiva. Ongelmaksi on nyt muodostunut se, että en vain tunnu saavan yhteyttä mitenkään. Oon konffaillut asetukset, mutta ei auta. USB-donglessa siniset valot palaa ja networkkien kohdalla ylhäällä lukee näin: "Wireless networks : device not managed".  lsusb löytää kyllä.

Kertokaas nyt taitavammat, että mitä suht tuoreen Ubuntukäyttäjän tulisi tehdä, että saisin netin toimimaan ilman 25 metrin piuhaa?
