Gnomen oletusdaemonin lataaminen epäonnistui

Tätä tekee Ubuntu Studio 7.10 liian usein, parillakin koneella. Toimii oletusteemalla kyllä tämän herjan jälkeenkin. Ei vaan lisää luottamusta vakauden suhteen...

Ainakaan verkkoasetuksistani en mielestäni vikaa löytäny, terv. Higgins:

kerros vielä mitä sanoo /etc/hostname tiedosto ?
Joidenkin arvioiden mukaan toimimattomuus saattaa johtua jos /etc/hosts tiedostossa on eri nimi kuin tuossa /etc/hostname tiedostossa.
