Laitealue / Sisäinen 3G toimimaan miniläppärissä

Pitäisi saada läppärin sisäinen 3G toimimaan Ubuntu 10.04 Lucidissa. Kernel on 2.6.32-28. Kone on HP Compac Mini 110c-1120SO.

Aiemmassa viestiketjussa (Pitäisi saada sisäinen 3G toimimaan läppärissä) ei ollut ratkaisua tähän ongelmaan Karmicin kanssa, mutta oiskohan Lucidin tai uudempien versioiden kanssa ratkaisua?

Eli käytössä oleva wlan näkyy mutta ei mitään tietoa sisäisestä 3G:stä, kuten ei edellisessäkään viestiketjussa.

Minulla sama miniläppäri ja ongelma kuin Pohjolalla. Käyttiksenä Ubuntu 10.04. Turhan hankalaa tämä sisäinen 3G saada toimimaan on tällä mallilla vai onko tähän joku jo löytänyt ratkaisua? Sen verran uusi Ubuntukäyttäjä olen, että Obi-lanin nevo "sun pitäis nappaa kernelin lähdekoodi, pätsää toi qserial ajuri noilla lisärivellä, kääntää ja asentaa kerneli niin sitten saattaisi toimia." ei kyllä vielä mun taidoilla onnistu.
