Ohjaimet laitettu toinen AGP-slottiin ja toinen PCI-slottiin nro 3, siksi nro3 kun ei mahdu kahteen ensimmäiseen. Piuhat menevät seuraavasti;
6800 DVI -> 17" & S-Video-> 32")
5200 VGA -> 17"

Biosista olen mielestäni käynyt kaiken mahdollisen läpi, ja en vain tunnu löytävän ratkaisua että kaikissa kolmessa näkyisi yhtäaikaa kuva, ei edes bootissa. Saan helposti näkyviin kahteen haluamaani näytöön kuvat, esim 17&17 tai 17&32 jne... mutta ei kaikkia kolmea tosiaan yhtäaikaa. Eri johdotuskombinaatioita olen kokeillut ilman tulosta. Itse ubuntu löytää molemmat raudat;

Mistään mitään tiedä, mutta SuSEn ohjeista löytyy kolmen näytön viritys. Ehkä siitä saa uusia ideoita. Mutta siinä onkin sitten kolme korttia ja kolme identtistä näyttöä.

Olin lukaissut nuo jo aiemmin ja luin uudelleen. Ei tullut apuja noista, kiitoksia kumminkin. Uskoisin, että vika on jotenkin biosin puolella tai asetuksissa mitä en ole huomannut rautapuolella. Sain toimimaan tämän toisen LCD17" ruudun vaihtamalla biosista kohdan primary graphic card (tms) agp:sta pci:ksi. Yhtäaikaa noita ei saanut ainakaan siitä valikosta valittua. Mahtaako emolla olla jokin jumpperi? jolla laitetaan molemmat yhtäaikaa toimimaan.

Voi olla aika hissua ainakin nvidian omilla ajureilla, on nuo kortit sen verran kaukana toisistaan. Mitä olet yrittänyt tähän mennessä? Pistäs xorg-confis tänne, on sen verran mielenkiintoisen kuuloinen projekti. En tiedä voiko tuota toista korttia käyttää nvidian ajurilla ja toista nv -ajurilla en tiedä onko tämä edes mahdollista koska en ole ikinään törmänny moiseen...

Tässä nyt raakavedos, jota en sen kummemmin ole testaillut, koska tosiaan uskon vakaasti että ongelma makaa rautapuolella. Testannut olen, mutta huomasin että vaikka mitä teen, niin ei tule kuvaa tuohon kolmanteen ruutuun... ei edes bootissa. Bootissa tulee kitkatta kahteen haluamaani näytöön kuva, tai sitten biosista muuttamalla jäljelläolevaan pci-ohjaimeen kytketty näyttö herää henkiin. Mutta ei kirveelläkään kaikkia kolmea samanaikasesti

Hmm valitettavasti en jouda lähiaikoina pahemmin vastailemaan... Mutta jokin tuossa ainakin näyttäis olevan pielessä:

eli busid:t ovat BusID "PCI:1:0:0" ja BusID "PCI:2:0:8"(jotenkin näin, edgyssä on näämmä poistunut tuo komento lspci -X

, mutta jos käytät dapperia sen pitäisi antaa oikeat busid:t). Toinen mitä voit yrittää on käyttää tolla fx5200 nvidia ajurin tilalla nv:tä(en tosin ole vaarma onko tämä käytännössä mahdollista). Ja noihin voisi vielä antaa optiot mihin monitoriin ne on kytketty: Option "ConnectedMonitor" "string"(string-> dvi=DFP, vga=CRT tai TV) Eli tuo tv-out(s-video) voi määritellä erikseen tarkasti:

Option "TVOutFormat" "SVIDEO"
Option "TVStandard" "PAL-B" #tai jos tuo nyt on joku hdtv telkka, niin jos tiedät oikean katso tuolta.

Muistaakseni nvidian ajureilla oli rajoituksena vain kahden näytön käyttäminen yhdellä kortilla, mutta sen ei nyt pitäisi häiritä, koska käytössä on toinen kortti. Jep mutta nyt unta palloon ja huomenna töihin ->
