9.10 ei tunnista näyttöäni (Fujutsu Siemens 177V). Eikä salli 800 x 600 suurempaa tarkkuut.
9.04:n ohjeissa ehdotetaan näytön asetusten uudelleen määrittelyä eli muokkamaan tiedostoa: /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
Missä lymyää näytönasetus tiedot 9.10:ssä . /etc/X11-kansiossa ei ole xorg.conf-tiedostoa

Voit luoda xorg.conf-tiedoston suosikkieditorillasi.

Voit tehdä toimivan /etc/X11/xorg.conf tiedoston esimerkiksi Chakra live-CD:n avulla..

Laitoin sen ubuntuun polulle: /etc/X11/xorg.conf (kansiossa ei siis ennestään ollut ollenkaan tiedostoa xorg.conf)
Pitäisikö nyt tuota muuttaa jotenkin tai temmeltää jossakin muualla, kun tuo ei tuonut mitään muutosta näytön tarkkuuden asetteluun?
