Tossa kattelin noita videokaappaus-viestejä ja aattelin ilmottaa ettei toimi Pinnaclen 500-USB vieläkään Ubuntussa, ainakaan noin "paljaaltaan".

Eli videokaappauslaite VHS-nauhurilta tms old school-härpäkkeeltä

Jep ei tuosta oikein mitään tietoa löydy, mitä tutkailin wintoosan ajureita niin tunnetaan nimellä Marvin-Lite. Mutta missään ei näy mitä chippejä tuo sisältää.

Enkä kyllä kovin odottaisi että tuolle tukia koskaan tulisikaan:

Pctv puoli myytiin hauppaugelle ja noi uudet pinnaclet on kait jotain inhouse kamaa(reverse engineering hommiksi menisi).

Joo näin on ollut aavistuksena ettei tolle tukea näy eikä tule ehken näkymäänkään.. Mut on mulla windows-asennuksia koneilla jos satun tarviimaan tota, ei oo vaan aikoihin ollu tarvetta niin kunhan kokeilin ubuntulla kun tuli jostain syystä laite mieleen laatikon syövereistä.
